  • Foundations Class

    A supportive starting point for those new to Pilates or looking to reconnect with the basics. Foundations focuses on the core principles and essential exercises that build a strong understanding of the Pilates method.

    You’ll move at a slower, more intentional pace while being introduced to a variety of equipment, including the reformer, tower, mat, chair, and jump board. The goal is to help you feel confident, aligned, and comfortable as you begin or deepen your practice.

  • Level 1

    Designed for those who have a foundational understanding of Pilates, this class is a natural next step after completing Foundations or for clients with prior experience.

    Level 1 builds on core exercises while expanding your familiarity with the equipment and movement patterns. You’ll move at a slightly more dynamic pace, continuing to develop strength, control, and confidence using the reformer, tower, mat, chair, and jump board.

  • Level 2

    Designed for experienced clients ready to build on a strong Pilates foundation, Level 2 offers a more dynamic and challenging practice.

    This class moves at a quicker, more fluid pace while continuing to refine technique, deepen mind-body connection, and expand your range of movement. You’ll work across the reformer, tower, mat, chair, and jump board to develop strength, control, and confidence within an intermediate-level practice.

  • Level 3

    An advanced class designed for experienced students with a strong, well-rounded Pilates practice across all equipment.

    Level 3 moves at a quicker, more demanding pace, challenging both strength and endurance while continuing to refine precision and control. This class emphasizes a deep mind-body connection, encouraging you to move with intention, confidence, and fluidity throughout your practice.

  • Mixed Level (1-2)

    A balanced class designed for students with a foundational Pilates practice who are ready to continue building confidence and strength. Ideal for those transitioning between Level 1 and Level 2.

    This class blends core exercises with opportunities to progress, offering both support and challenge. The pace sits comfortably between Level 1 and Level 2, allowing you to deepen your understanding of the equipment and movements while continuing to refine technique across the reformer, tower, mat, chair, and jump board.

  • Senior Strength

    A thoughtfully paced class designed for seniors who want to build strength, stability, and confidence through Pilates.

    Senior Strength focuses on controlled, intentional movement using the reformer, tower, chair, jump board, and supportive props. Each session is designed to improve balance, flexibility, coordination, and overall strength—while honoring a pace that feels both comfortable and appropriately challenging.
