Private & Semi Private
More personalized support through private, duo, and trio sessions, designed to help you move with clarity, confidence, and intention.

Private sessions are a great way to work one-on-one with a certified pilates instructor to individualize a plan that will help promote your pilates practice and help you meet your goals. Sessions can be purchased individually, or in packages of 5 and 10 sessions.

Working out with another person builds accountability, consistency, and community. Duet sessions can be more individualized than the group classes. These sessions can be purchased individually or in packages of 10 sessions.

Trio or small groups (3-5) offer a flexible alternative to group classes while still working out with your favorite people. These sessions will utilize a variety of pilates equipment to customize a pilates program that meets your specific needs.
